OncoGenex raises $24 million

OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:OGXI) raised $24 million in a registered direct offering underwritten by Stifel. OncoGenex raised $19.3 million through the sale of 5.6 million series A units at $3.48 per unit and $4.7 million through the sale of 1.3 million series B units at $3.47 per unit. Series A units comprise a share and five-year warrant to purchase half a share, with each whole warrant exercisable at $4.
