TxCell raises EUR 16.2 million in IPO

Inflammatory and autoimmune disease play TxCell S.A. (Euronext:TXCL) raised EUR 16.2 million ($22.2 million) through the sale of 2.9 million shares at EUR 5.58 in an IPO. The price -- at the low end of the EUR 5.58-EUR 6.82 range TxCell set last month -- values TxCell at EUR 63.6 million ($87.2 million). Societe Generale and Oddo et Cie are underwriters.
