Compugen raises $63 million

Compugen Ltd. (NASDAQ:CGEN; Tel Aviv:CGEN) raised $63 million through the sale of 6 million shares at $10.50 in a follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; JMP Securities; Oppenheimer; and Chardan Capital Markets. Compugen proposed the offering late Thursday, when its share price was $14.20.
