Veracyte sets IPO range

Veracyte Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.) amended its IPO and now plans to sell 4.7 million shares at $13-$15. At the $14 midpoint, the company would raise $65.8 million and be valued at $289.7 million. Morgan Stanley; Leerink; William Blair; and Cowen are underwriters.
