Cellular Dynamics raises $46.2 million in IPO

Cellular Dynamics International Inc. (NASDAQ:ICEL) raised $46.2 million through the sale of 3.8 million shares at $12, the low end of the company's proposed $12-$14 range, in an IPO. The price values the company at $188.8 million. Earlier this month, Cellular Dynamics said it planned to sell 3.8 million shares at $12-$14. The company filed to raise up to $57.3 million in the offering in June. JPMorgan; Cowen; and Leerink were underwriters. Cellular Dynamics' shares are slated to start trading on Thursday. ...
