Biotech drop outpaces NASDAQ

The BioCentury 100 Index fell 4.6% on Tuesday, a steeper drop than the 1.6% decline on the NASDAQ and the 0.2% slide by the DJIA. In the BC100, there were 15 gainers compared to 81 decliners. The Amex Pharma Index, which was one of the few indices to post a gain on Monday, slipped 0.9% on Tuesday. The BioCentury London Index was off 3.5% on Tuesday. ...
