PPD beats Street EPS

Drug discovery services company PPDI reported fourth quarter and full-year EPS of $0.38 and $1.27, respectively, both beating by $0.02 the consensus estimates. The company reported 2000 revenues of $345.3 million, a 14 percent increase compared to $302.5 million in 1999.
