Tesaro rises on takeout rumors

Tesaro Inc. (NASDAQ:TSRO) jumped $19.73 (12%) to $182.68 on Wednesday after media reports said the company was in discussions with investment banks about a possible acquisition by multiple biopharmas. Tesaro spokesperson Jennifer Davis declined to comment.
