Cempra CEO Fernandes retires

Antibiotics company Cempra Inc. (NASDAQ:CEMP) said President and CEO Prabha Fernandes has retired. David Zaccardelli, a director, will be Cempra's interim CEO. The company also promoted Chief Commercial Officer David Moore to president and CCO.
