Forma, Cancer Research Technology launch two spinouts

Forma Therapeutics Inc. (Watertown, Mass.) and Cancer Research Technology Ltd. (London, U.K.), the commercial arm of the not-for-profit Cancer Research U.K., launched two virtual companies to develop compounds against undisclosed deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs).

The companies were created as part of Forma's Asset Discovery and Development Companies (ADDCos) initiative, under which it partners with academic, not-for-profit and venture philanthropy institutions to translate basic science research into therapies (see BioCentury Extra, July 9, 2013). ...
