Mymetics names Pickering CEO, Henney chairman

Vaccine company Mymetics Corp. (OTCBB:MYMX) hired Grant Pickering as president, CEO and a director, and appointed Christopher Henney as chairman. The pair replaces Jacques-Francois Martin, who was Mymetics' CEO and chairman. Martin will continue to support Mymetics in an advisory role. Mymetics said it made the changes in connection with its efforts to obtain additional financing. At Dec. 30, 2011, the company had EUR 382,000 ($494,729) in cash and a 2011 net loss of EUR 10.5 million ($13.6 million). ...
