TNOX, DNA IgE suit stayed

Tanox (TNOX) said the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California stayed a lawsuit filed against TNOX by Genentech (DNA) and Novartis (NVS; SWX:NOVN) that challenged TNOX's right to develop TNX-901, an anti-IgE antibody for peanut allergies.
