Lexicon, Deltagen settle suit

The companies settled LEXG's patent infringement litigation against DGEN by entering a licensing and subscription agreement. Under the settlement, DGEN will obtain a commercial license to patents covering LEXG's gene targeting technologies, and LEXG will obtain a subscription to DGEN's DeltaBase database of mammalian genes and their in vivo functions. LEXG's subscription to DGEN's DeltaBase will include non-exclusive licenses to 250 drug targets now in the database plus the 1,000 additional targets added to the database over the next four years. ...
