Lexicon, Deltagen settle suit

The companies settled LEXG's patent infringement litigation against DGEN by entering a licensing and subscription agreement. Under the settlement, DGEN will obtain a commercial license to patents covering LEXG's gene targeting technologies, and LEXG will obtain a subscription to DGEN's DeltaBase database of mammalian genes and their in vivo functions.
