Roche, JNJ settle EPO litigation

Roche (SWX:ROCZ) said it settled litigation with Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) in which JNJ was alleging that ROCZ's Recormon and NeoRecormon erythropoietin (EPO) products infringe certain patents from JNJ and licensing partner AMGN. According to ROCZ, all suits and countersuits will be dropped and ROCZ will continue to sell its EPO products.
