Incyte and Gene Logic settle suit

INCY said it settled its patent infringement suit against GLGC, which alleged infringement of INCY's U.S. Patents Nos. 5,716,785, 5,891,636 and 6,023,659 (see BioCentury, Aug. 21, 2000). The lawsuits will be dismissed and GLGC will receive a non-exclusive license to practice the technology described in the patents.
