Incyte files suits against Affymetrix and Gene Logic

INCY filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California alleging that AFFX is infringing INCY's U.S. Patents Nos. 5,716,785 and 5,891,636 covering a non-PCR based RNA amplification approach to obtain large RNA samples from cellular mRNA.
