CAT patent upheld

Cambridge Antibody (LSE:CAT) announced that the Opposition Division of the European Patent Office (EPO) dismissed arguments made by Dyax ( Cambridge, Mass.), MorphoSys (NMarkt:MOR), and BioInvent (Malmo, Sweden), and upheld without amendment its European Patent No. 0589877.
