ORCH (Princeton, N.J.) obtained access to analytical software developed by DNAprint Genomics Inc. (DNAP, Sarasota, Fla.) and purchased an option to co-develop and co-commercialize DNAP's technologies for haplotype determination and multivariate associations with complex human traits.
