CDER urgently recruiting senior managers from industry to replenish top staff

Graying leadership at FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, combined with a sclerotic hiring process, threatens to create a leadership vacuum at the center, according to Richard Moscicki, deputy director for science operations.
"These positions have been opening up as there has been a graying of the leadership at CDER, with people stepping away to pursue other things or to retire," he told BioCentury.
