A 'right Charlie' finds a skeptic

OXFORD - British monarchs pass their formal titles from one generation to another, but the less flattering informal ones tend to stick with them. Prince Charles, heir to the British throne and future head of state of the U.K. and other countries of the British Commonwealth, is in danger of inheriting a title once given to James I: the "wisest fool in Christendom."
