Washington: More helium for Henney balloons

WASHINGTON - Jane Henney's supporters, who are trying to persuade Vice President Al Gore to recommend that she be nominated to be FDA Commissioner, stepped up their campaign last week with leaks indicating that she still is on top of the Clinton adminstration's list.
