Wyden: Set pricing before deals

WASHINGTON - Rep. Ron Wyden has introduced legislation that would require companies to provide product-pricing formulas prior to granting of any license to government-funded drug research.
The bill, called the Federal Research Product Commercialization Act, also requires specification of royalties to be paid to the NIH as part of the application for a license.
