Why J&J and WuXi are creating asset-centric companies in China

By linking up with the WuXi AppTec unit of WuXi PharmaTech Inc. (NYSE:WX), Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) hopes to jump-start translation in China with an entrepreneur-in-residence program that has the end goal of starting asset-centric companies able to attract money from additional investors.
