Cambridge Biotech hopes to explain it all this week

Cambridge Biotech Corp. hopes to disclose this week the reasons for the resignation of Deloitte & Touche as the company's auditor as well as the nature and magnitude of the CBCX transactions of concern to the accounting firm, CFO James Bass told BioCentury.

Bass also said the Cambridge, Mass., company intends to publish its fourth quarter and full year 1993 financial results "relatively soon."...
