Critical Path Institute sales and marketing update

The Critical Path Institute unveiled a clinical trial simulation model to improve the design of clinical trials for mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. C-Path said the model, which was developed using de-identified patient level data from more than 6,000 AD patients from previous trials, can be used to simulate clinical trials in specific patient populations to guide decisions on sample size and trial duration. The institute's Coalition Against Major Diseases (CAMD) consortium developed the model, which is available as a free computer program on C-Path's website.
