Alimera Sciences, pSivida sales and marketing update

pSivida said partner Alimera will delay to 2Q13 from 1Q13 the German launch of Iluvien fluocinolone acetonide intravitreal implant to treat diabetic macular edema (DME). pSivida said the launch is expected upon acceptance of the commercial batch size by the German Medicine and Health products Regulatory Agency. pSivida also said Alimera plans to launch the drug in the U.K. this quarter for patients with private insurance. ...
