Hybrigenics' Hybrigenics Services subsidiary will receive €600,000 ($775,320) over four years as part of a €6 million ($7.8 million) award from the EU's Seventh Framework Program (FP7) to the AgedBrainSYSBIO project. The goal of the project, which has an estimated cost of €8.2 million ($10.6 million), is to integrate transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics data to identify and validate new targets and markers for Alzheimer's disease. Hybrigenics' subsidiary will perform yeast two-hybrid screens on proteins suspected to be involved in late-onset AD, as well as build protein interaction maps. ...
