Albany Molecular Research, Oso Biopharm Holdings LLC deal

Albany Molecular Research will acquire Oso Biopharm's Oso Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing LLC subsidiary for $110 million in cash. AMRI said the acquisition is "highly complementary" to its finished dose manufacturing business. Oso Biopharmaceuticals manufactures injectable drug products, including sterile liquid, suspension and lyophilized formulations. The deal is expected to close next quarter. ...
