Cardio3 up in trading debut

Cardio3 BioSciences S.A. (Euronext:CARD) was up EUR 2.68 (16%) to EUR 19.33 in its first day of trading on Friday after raising EUR 23 million ($29.9 million) in an IPO on NYSE Euronext Brussels and NYSE Euronext Paris. The company sold 1.4 million shares at EUR 16.65, the low end of its proposed EUR 16.65-EUR 19 range, which values the company at EUR 102 ($132.8 million).
