Intarcia raises $210 million

Intarcia Therapeutics Inc. (Hayward, Calif.) raised $210 million in a venture round comprising $160 million in equity and $50 million in debt. Existing investors New Enterprise Associates; New Leaf Venture Partners; and Venrock participated, along with new investors Baupost Group; Farallon Capital Management; and three undisclosed institutional investors.
