New 21st Century Cures draft released

The U.S. House Energy & Commerce Committee on Tuesday released a new draft of the 21st Century Cures Act ahead of a committee vote scheduled for Wednesday.

The new draft includes changes to reauthorization of the Creating Hope Act, which created a pilot program that granted tradeable Priority Review vouchers to sponsors of drugs for rare pediatric diseases.
