Reps. introduce bill to spur new uses for biologics

Reps. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) and Randy Forbes (R-Va.) introduced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that would provide an additional five years of patent exclusivity for method of use patents covering new indications for already approved biologics.
