USPSTF recommends BRCA-related testing for some

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) released BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes. Those with a potential increased risk should receive genetic counseling and genetic testing of BRCA mutation status, if indicated. USPSTF does not recommend routine genetic counseling or BRCA testing in women whose family history is not associated with mutations in the BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes because the benefits in this population are "few to none." ...
