Dems introduce plan to again delay sequestration

Democrats in the U.S. Senate introduced on Thursday the American Family Economic Protection Act, which would delay budget sequestration again until Jan. 2, 2014. The bill includes $55 billion in new revenue from a 30% minimum tax rate on taxpayers with gross adjusted incomes over $1 million -- the "Buffett Rule" -- as well as $27.5 billion in cuts each in defense and domestic spending. ...
