Abivax prices EUR $57.7M IPO

Abivax S.A.S. (Euronext:ABVX) raised EUR 57.7 million ($65.3 million) through the sale of 2.7 million shares at EUR 21.30 in an upsized IPO on Euronext Paris. Underwriters were RBC Capital Markets; Swiss Life Banque Privee; and Pareto Securities.
The IPO price valued Abivax at EUR 205 million ($232.2 million). The company expects its shares to begin trading on Friday. ...
