Cynvenio raises $25.5 million in series B

Cynvenio Biosystems Inc. (Westlake Village, Calif.) raised $25.5 million in a series B round led by Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (SZSE:000513; HKSE:1513). Greenwoods Private Equity Funds and Syno Capital also invested.
