Verseon raises L65.8M in IPO

Verseon Corp. (LSE:VSN) raised L65.8 million ($99.6 million) through the sale of 32.6 million shares at 202p in an IPO on the London Stock Exchange's AIM, making it the second largest biotech IPO on LSE after Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE:CIR) and the largest biotech listing on AIM. The price values Verseon at L302.5 million ($457.9 million). Cenkos Securities plc was advisor and broker.

Verseon has a computational drug discovery platform and three ongoing preclinical programs. The company plans to out-license drug candidates during early stages of development. ...
