GW raises $179.2M in follow-on

GW Pharmaceuticals Inc. (LSE:GWP; NASDAQ:GWPH) raised $179.2 million through the sale of 1.6 million ADSs at $112 in a follow-on underwritten by Morgan Stanley; BofA Merrill Lynch; Cowen; and Piper Jaffray.
