arGEN-X planning Euronext IPO

arGEN-X B.V. (Rotterdam, the Netherlands) announced plans for an IPO on NYSE Euronext. KBC Securities and Kempen are joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners; Petercam is co-lead manager and Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences is the selling agent.
