Celldex raises $171.5 million in follow-on

Celldex Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:CLDX) raised $171.5 million through the sale of 7 million shares at $24.50 in a follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; Leerink; Guggenheim Securities; Oppenheimer; Wedbush PacGrow; Brean Capital; Cantor Fitzgerald; and Roth Capital Partners.
