Sagent raises $75.2 million in follow-on

Generic injectables company Sagent Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:SGNT) raised $75.2 million through the sale 3.5 million shares at $21.25 in a bumped-up follow-on underwritten by Morgan Stanley; Jefferies; BofA Merrill Lynch; Piper Jaffray; and Needham. Selling stockholders also raised $22.5 million through the sale of 1.1 million shares at $21.25 in the offering.
