Sagent proposes follow-on

Generic injectables company Sagent Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:SGNT) proposed Monday to sell 3.4 million shares in a follow-on underwritten by Morgan Stanley; Jefferies; BofA Merrill Lynch; Piper Jaffray; and Needham.
