ReproCell raises $21.7 million in Japanese IPO

Stem cell company ReproCell Inc. (JASDAQ:4978) raised Y2.1 billion ($21.7 million) through the sale of 642,000 shares at Y3,200 in an IPO on the JASDAQ Growth Market of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
