Esperion sets IPO price range

Esperion Therapeutics Inc. (Plymouth, Mich.) amended its IPO and now plans to sell 4.5 million shares at $13-$15 in an IPO underwritten by Credit Suisse; Citigroup; JMP Securities; and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
