GW Pharma raises $31.2M in NASDAQ listing

GW Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE:GWP) raised $31.2 million through the sale of 3.5 million ADSs at $8.90 in a follow-on on NASDAQ. The ADSs, which each represents 12 ordinary shares, are slated to start trading on NASDAQ next Tuesday. In March, GW proposed to raise up to $50 million in the offering. Lazard; Cowen; Canaccord; and Roth Capital Partners were underwriters. GW was unchanged at 61.88p on the LSE on Wednesday. ...
