Prima BioMed to raise up to A$15 million

Prima BioMed Ltd. (ASX:PRR; NASDAQ:PBMD) said on Tuesday that it plans to raise up to A$15 million ($15.6 million) through the sale of up to 150 million shares at A$0.10 per share under a share purchase plan. Existing shareholders will be eligible to purchase up to about A$15,000 in shares and also will receive a four-year option for every four shares held to purchase a share at A$0.20.
