Active Biotech planning $41.9 million offering

Active Biotech AB (SSE:ACTI) proposed to raise SEK270 million ($41.9 million) through the sale of 6 million shares at SEK45 in a private placement to Investor AB. The price is an 8% discount to Active Biotech's close of SEK48.80 on Tuesday, before the offering was announced. Investor AB would acquire an 8% stake in Active Biotech.
