Celldex raises $90M in bumped-up follow-on

Celldex Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:CLDX) raised $90 million through the sale of 12 million shares at $7.50 in a bumped-up follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; Leerink; Oppenheimer; Wedbush; Brean Capital; and Roth Capital Partners.
