Infinity raises $150 million

Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:INFI) raised $150 million through the sale of 5.7 million shares at $26.33 in a follow-on underwritten by Morgan Stanley; JPMorgan; BofA Merrill Lynch; Deutsche Bank; and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
