AcelRx amends follow-on

AcelRx Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ACRX) amended its follow-on and said it now plans to sell 10 million shares. If sold at AcelRx's close of $3.94 on Tuesday, before the follow-on was amended, the company would raise $39.4 million. Last month, AcelRx proposed to raise up to $25 million in the offering.
